Job Purpose
The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all materials, equipment, lifting gear, maintenance activities, warehousing operations, logistics services, and offshore support activities comply with client specifications, company procedures, contractual requirements, and applicable Oil & Gas industry standards. The role provides quality assurance and quality control oversight from the onshore support base for offshore operations, ensuring that all cargo, equipment, and services delivered to offshore installations meet required quality standards before mobilization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Marine Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' QA/QC experience within Oil & Gas, offshore drilling, marine logistics, fabrication, or industrial operations.
- Minimum 3 years' experience supporting offshore drilling rigs, offshore logistics bases, or oilfield service operations.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Working knowledge of API, IOGP, IMDG, SOLAS, and offshore logistics standards.
- Experience conducting quality audits, inspections, and supplier assessments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Valid driver's license.

- Offshore Cargo Handling and Dangerous Goods Awareness.
- Lifting Equipment Inspection or Lifting Operations Awareness training.
- HSE certification applicable to Oil & Gas operations.
