Job Purpose
The Material & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of offshore materials management and logistics activities onboard the FPSO. The role ensures the efficient receipt, storage, issuance, and return of materials, spare parts, consumables, and equipment while coordinating cargo movements between the FPSO, supply vessels, helicopters, and the onshore logistics base. The position supports uninterrupted production and maintenance operations by maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring materials are available when required.

Qualifications
Essential
- Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Offshore survival certification (e.g., BOSIET/FOET or equivalent).
- Valid Offshore Medical Certificate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with ERP/CMMS systems (preferably SAP MM or equivalent).
Preferred
- Warehouse or inventory management certification.
- IMDG Dangerous Goods Awareness certification.
- Banksman/Slinger or Lifting Awareness training.
Experience
Essential
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in materials management, warehousing, or logistics within the oil and gas industry.
- Previous offshore experience on an FPSO, offshore production platform, drilling rig, or offshore support vessel.
- Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Experience using SAP MM or equivalent ERP materials management systems.
Preferred
- Experience supporting offshore production or maintenance operations.
- Experience coordinating marine logistics and cargo handling activities.
- Familiarity with hazardous materials and dangerous goods handling requirements.

Working Conditions
- Offshore rotational assignment (typically 21/21 or 28/28).
- 12-hour shifts with additional support during supply vessel operations and cargo campaigns.
- Work in warehouses, laydown areas, open decks, and cargo handling zones.
- Exposure to offshore weather conditions, moving equipment, and lifting operations.
- Required use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with all safety procedures.
