Our client is seeking a high-performing and experienced All-Round Spa Therapist who is particularly skilled in facials, skincare consultations, retail sales, and a wide range of spa treatments. The ideal candidate must be a confident and versatile therapist who can consistently deliver exceptional treatments, accurately assess client needs, recommend suitable treatments and homecare products, build strong client relationships, retain clients, and contribute to strong personal and overall spa turnover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform the full range of treatments offered by our client, in accordance with company protocols and standards.
• Deliver exceptional facial and skincare treatments with strong knowledge of skin analysis, treatment planning and homecare recommendations.
• Conduct professional client consultations and confidently recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Achieve and consistently work towards individual service and retail turnover targets.
• Actively recommend and sell retail products based on genuine client needs rather than simply taking orders.
• Build a loyal and returning client base through exceptional treatment results and client care.
• Identify opportunities for treatment upgrades, add-ons, packages and future bookings.
• Rebook clients and encourage appropriate treatment programmes to achieve long-term results.
• Maintain accurate client consultation and treatment records.
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment and work areas are maintained to our client's hygiene and presentation standards.
• Follow all operational, stock-control, hygiene, safety and treatment protocols.
• Participate in ongoing product, treatment and sales training.
• Work effectively as part of the spa team and contribute towards the overall revenue and performance of the branch.

Requirements:

• Hold a recognised Beauty Therapy/Somatology qualification.
• Have solid experience as an all-round therapist in a professional spa or salon environment.
• Be exceptionally strong in facials, skincare and retail recommendation.
• Be competent and confident in performing the complete treatment offering required by our client.
• Have a proven ability to generate strong treatment and retail turnover.
• Be confident discussing products, treatment plans and recommendations with clients.
• Have excellent consultation and communication skills.
• Understand the importance of rebooking, client retention and relationship building.
• Be professional, well-groomed, reliable and punctual.
• Be target-driven and motivated by earning potential.
• Be willing to learn and continuously improve their technical and sales skills.
• Be comfortable working weekends and public holidays according to the spa roster.
• Maintain excellent treatment standards.
• Consistently achieve service turnover targets.
• Produce strong retail sales and retail-to-turnover percentages.
• Build and retain a strong client following.
• Maintain high rebooking and client retention levels.
