Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Promote ICT and networking products directly to clients.
• Team Collaboration: Assist senior staff with meetings, demos, and presentations.
• Admin Management: Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and reporting metrics.
• Customer Care: Provide exceptional client service and consistent follow-up support.
• Business Growth: Identify new sales opportunities within the IT sector.
• Cross-Functional Help: Assist other departments daily to ensure smooth business operations.

Position Requirements

• Education: Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification is required.
• Presentation: Must be exceptionally neat, organized, and professionally presentable.
• Aesthetic: Maintain a positive attitude, reliability, and strong eagerness to learn.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
• Work Style: Ability to work independently with a proactive, hands-on mindset.
• Language skills: English and Afrikaans
• Valid Driver's License is required
