Job Purpose
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for providing onshore engineering and planning support for the execution of maintenance activities on the FPSO. The primary focus of the role is maintenance execution planning, ensuring that preventive, predictive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance activities are effectively planned, scheduled, coordinated, and executed to maximise equipment reliability, plant availability, and production efficiency. The Maintenance Engineer works closely with offshore maintenance teams, Technical & Maintenance engineers, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and contractors to ensure maintenance work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Professional Engineer registration or eligibility is advantageous.
- Certification in Maintenance Planning, Reliability Engineering, or Asset Management is desirable.
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of maintenance engineering or maintenance planning experience in the oil and gas, marine, or heavy process industries.
- Minimum 5 years supporting FPSOs, offshore production facilities, offshore drilling units, LNG plants, or similar continuous-process operations.
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning and execution.
- Experience coordinating shutdowns and major maintenance campaigns.
- Experience with CMMS and integrated maintenance management systems.
Technical Knowledge

- SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP (Plant Maintenance (PM), Materials Management (MM), and Asset Management modules)

- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Asset performance management and reporting software (advantageous).
