Administrative Assistant – Human Resources (Offshore Operations)
Location: Onshore Support Office (Supporting Offshore Operations)
Job Purpose
The Administrative Assistant – Human Resources provides administrative and coordination support for personnel assigned to offshore drilling rigs while being based in the onshore support office. The role is responsible for maintaining personnel records, coordinating offshore crew mobilization and demobilization, supporting recruitment, payroll administration, training compliance, travel logistics, and ensuring that all personnel meet company, client, and regulatory requirements before deployment.
The position works closely with Operations, Logistics, HSE, Training, Payroll, and Offshore Rig Management to ensure uninterrupted crew rotations and compliance with offshore industry standards.

Qualifications
Essential
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related discipline.
Preferred
- Professional HR qualification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent).
- Training or certification in offshore personnel administration is advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR administration experience.
- Previous experience supporting offshore oil & gas drilling or offshore operations is highly desirable.
- Experience coordinating offshore crew logistics, rotational staffing, or marine personnel administration is preferred.
- Experience working in a multinational or multicultural environment is advantageous.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Experience with crew management, personnel logistics, or timekeeping systems is an advantage.
- Strong reporting and data management skills.
Knowledge
- HR administration and employment lifecycle processes.
