Operations Officer
Job Description:
The primary purpose of the Operations Officer is to act as the key link between APS, its clients, and the workforce. Your role involves business development, client relationship management, workforce coordination, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively. Regularly communicating with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Business Development:
- Identify new opportunities, secure contracts, and grow the client base.
Workforce Coordination:
- Manage the recruitment, placement, and performance of temporary or contract workers.
Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution:
- Address client concerns, worker issues, and operational challenges.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Monitor worker performance, client satisfaction, and operational KPIs. Preparing reports on account performance, sales growth and customer feedback.
Customer Retention Strategies:
- Implement Strategies to maintain long-term client relationships and reduce churn.
Performance Management:
- Monitor worker productivity, handle disciplinary actions and provide feedback.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Any other qualification will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
