We are seeking a Lead Recruiter to identify and hire qualified candidates for positions within an organization. This involves understanding the company's hiring needs, sourcing candidates through various channels (social media), screening resumes, conducting interviews, and guiding candidates through the hiring process. Ensures a good fit between the candidate and the company culture while maintaining smooth and efficient recruitment experience for both the employer and the job seeker.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment

• Recruitment of suitably qualified candidates for specific job vacancies based on the organization's staffing requirements.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates with the required skills and experience.
• Reference checks
• Interviews

Documentation

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions.
• Prepare employment contracts, and other necessary documents for new recruits.

Client Satisfaction

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, provide regular updates on progress, and address any concerns during the process.
• Maintaining positive relationships with candidates, even if they are not selected.

Requirements:

Minimum Education and Training

• Grade 12
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources
• At least 5 years recruitment experience
