Job Description:


The Technical and Maintenance Manager oversees the installation, repair, security, and reliability of all gaming and branch equipment (computers, TVs, cameras, roulette, and gambling machines). This role maximizes uptime, manages technical stock, and supervises the maintenance team.


Key Responsibilities:

Technical & Maintenance Operations

  • Install and repair all gaming, surveillance, and IT equipment.
  • Execute preventative maintenance schedules to eliminate operational downtime.
  • Ensure full compliance with gambling industry safety and operational standards.
  • Provide rapid response to urgent branch breakdowns and faults.
  • Manage equipment movement including installations, replacements, and removals.

Team Supervision:

  • Lead and schedule daily tasks for the technical staff.
  • Enforce quality control and accountability across all repair work.
  • Monitor team performance and report operational updates to management.

Stock & Branch Support:

  • Manage inventory levels for spare parts, tools, and consumables.
  • Forecast and order critical stock for all branch locations.
  • Assist with investigations regarding machine faults, cash up shortages or stock discrepancies.
  • Support cash-up processes following strict internal compliance protocols.

Reporting & Administration:

  • Log all maintenance activities, service histories, and fault reports.
  • Update management regularly on equipment status and potential operational risks.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and third-party vendors for specialized technical support.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel between branches.
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a management role
  • Proven technical experience in gaming machines an advantage.
  • Strong electrical knowledge with hands-on troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
  • High integrity for handling cash-up assistance and sensitive investigations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Strong administrative and reporting skills.
  • Computer literate (especially Excel)
