Warehouse Supervisor – FPSO Onshore Base (Oil & Gas)



Job Purpose



To supervise all warehouse operations at the onshore supply base, ensuring efficient inventory control, material handling, preservation, and timely dispatch of equipment and supplies to the FPSO while maintaining compliance with company procedures, HSE standards, and applicable industry regulations.

Qualifications



• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification (e.g., CIPS, APICS/ASCM, or equivalent) is an advantage.

Experience



• 5–8 years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably supporting offshore oil and gas operations.
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience supporting FPSO, offshore platforms, drilling rigs, or marine operations is highly desirable.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Maximo.

Technical Skills



• Warehouse management systems (WMS)

• Forklift and lifting operations knowledge
