Pool, Maintenance & Water Services Coordinator
Job Description:
Our Client is seeking a highly organized and dependable Pool, Maintenance & Water Services Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day coordination of our field service teams. This is a supervisory role responsible for ensuring that our pool service, maintenance and water testing operations are delivered efficiently, professionally and on schedule. The successful candidate will act as the central coordination point between our customers, field technicians and internal administration team. This position is ideal for a practical, organized individual who enjoys coordinating people, solving problems and ensuring that commitments made to customers are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily schedules for field service teams.
- Ensure technicians arrive on time and complete work to the required standard.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding appointments, progress and service delivery.
- Coordinate water testing services for residential, agricultural and commercial customers.
- Monitor work completion and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and operational issues quickly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate administration and service records.
- Follow and enforce established operational procedures and service standards.
- Customers receive exceptional service.

Requirements:

- Experience in industries such as logistics, maintenance, construction, plumbing, irrigation, pools, agriculture or similar service industries would be beneficial.
- Comfortable using Pastel, Microsoft Office, Outlook, smartphones, WhatsApp and general scheduling or administrative systems.
